1. Enrollment Requirements

• Provide a valid learner’s permit before first lesson.

• Parent/guardian signature required for minors under 18.

2. Payments & Refunds

• Full payment due before first lesson (cash, zelle, or certified check).

• Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice required or forfeit lesson fee.

• No refunds after 1st lesson (prorated exceptions for medical emergencies).

3. Attendance & Behavior

• 3+ no-shows = automatic dismissal (no refund).

• Zero tolerance for drugs/alcohol during lessons. Immediate termination.

4. Liability Waiver

• Students/parents waive liability for accidents during lessons (except gross negligence).

• DMV test failures are not the school’s responsibility (guarantees apply only if all lessons completed).

5. Vehicle Rules

• No eating/drinking in cars. $50 cleaning fee if violated.
